Last month was a struggle as customer counts seem to be down at the moment. This is not uncommon since Spring Break finished up and work always tends to slow down after that. Also, there was a full eclipse that happened and seemed to take everyones attention from servicing their vehicles.

Dealership's Service Departments in Iowa are open Monday - Saturday with shorter hours on Saturday. If you could add a different shift to the schedule which, would you select?
